Bill Hood is a distinguished girls’ soccer coach at Florence High School in Florence, MS. Since taking the helm, he has led the Lady Eagles to four MHSAA state championships—2018 and 2021 in Class 4A, and 2022 and 2024 in Class 5A—cementing his legacy as one of the state’s most effective and inspiring high school soccer coaches.

Coach Hood is married to his beautiful wife Jera and has two children: Dane (16) and Eliza (11).
