Although the information given is true, please be aware that additional drama is created for the story. Don't panic and instead come up with a plan to talk about their social media usage!
Social Media Wellness is a fantastic book about how to have conversations about social media in a way that engages kids, rather than pushing them away. Although some information is slightly outdated (2017 is like a hundred years ago in the social media world!) the core message, activities, and recommendations are still very much useful.
