What is Blackboard?
While attending RCCC there is a good chance that you may take one online course that is delivered via the Internet versus in-person. Even if you do not take an online course many of the courses at RCCC utilize Blackboard in some fashion. At minimum, your instructor may utilize Blackboard to provide a mean for you to access your grades so you can track your progress.
Think of Blackboard as surfing the Internet. In order to access Blackboard you must first have a valid college student ID and login credential as shown in the image below. If you forgot your password you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot My Blackboard Password link below and simply provide the required information. If you still have issues you can call 704.216.7200. Depending on which campus you are attending you may or may not get a hold of anyone to help you with your Blackboard account so make sure to seek help during normal business hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday).

If you cannot find what you are looking for do make sure to email your instructors. While your instructors will assist you be proactive and be ahead of the class through self learning.
