Course Type

The following types of courses are listed below.  Make sure you understand each different type when signing up for courses.

Course Types

CMT 120-800N:  This is an online course. This means you do not report to campus or class. It is 100% virtual or online. You will access the course using Blackboard. The letter (N) at the end is an online course identifier.

CMT 120-01H: This is a hybrid course. In a hybrid setting you will meet several times during the semester in-person. This means you will have to report to class on campus. For most Construction Management hybrid courses excluding the summer, expect 4-5 in-person class meeting. Expect at least a minimum of 2 in-person class meetings during a summer semester. The letter (H) denotes hybrid or a combination of in-person and online.

ENG-002-101B: This is a blended or in-person class. You will meet on campus for the duration of the semester. The letter (B) denotes blended or in-person.

Campus Courses Are Offered

All in-person and hybrid Construction Management Courses are taught at the Cabarrus  Business and Technology Center (CBTC). This campus is located on Hwy 29 in Concord, North Carolina. The physical address is 660 Concord Parkway Avenue, Concord, NC 28027. All online courses are accessible through the college's Blackboard website.
