Every school site has a printer available in the teacher work room.  It costs less than $0.0043 per page to print. Staff can connect their computer work stations to remotely print to this printer. Select the file below for detailed directions on how to register your key card with the copier, use the copier and connect to the work room copier from your laptop.

What SecurePrint Is
SecurePrint lets you send a print job from your computer, but the printer won’t actually print anything until you walk up to the machine and release it with your badge. Nothing prints until you’re physically present.

How It Works

1. Select SecurePrint from your list of printers.
   
   

2. Send your print job like normal.
   
   

3. Walk to any copier that supports SecurePrint.
   
   

4. Tap your ID badge to release your pending print jobs.
   
   

Teachers love it because it’s fast, private, and saves them from chasing down paper all over campus. It’s a small switch that makes printing a lot less chaotic.
