Printing Limits and Costs

Copy limits were approved by principals and are the same district-wide. They are rationed monthly. The unused portion of the budget for the month rolls over to the next month.  

However, if you use more than your $4.50 budget in a month, the following month's budget will be used to cover the shortfall.

    Classroom printers                       $4.50 per month - 12 months ($54 per school year)

    Work Room copy machine         $16.25 per month - 12 months ($195 per school year)

You will receive a warning regarding your budget when it has $2.50 left on your CLASSROOM printer and $5.50 on the WORKROOM copier/printer:

Classroom Printers Power Save Features

    Your classroom printer has a feature called auto power save mode.  It automatically turns itself to this power save mode, but remains connected to the district network.  Please make sure to leave your printer plugged in and turned ON at all times, even nights, weekends, and vacation. Having your printer on at all times helps us order the right supplies, send out updates, and work on any issues while you are on vacation.

Help!  My printer has suddenly stopped working!

First, your printer may still be in the Power Save mode.  Press the green online button to wake it up. If it continues to have problems, please put in a help desk ticket.  However, you have most likely used up your classroom printer monthly budget.
