At BAVC, You’ll have full access to the Magenta Lab, Yellow Lab, and Meeting Room while we’re open, as well as the Living Room studio once you pass the gauntlet. At Gilbert Street, you will have access to the studio rooms once you pass the gauntlet for each. All four studios are open during these times but are subject to availability.

• To get into Gilbert, just press the call button to the right of the door.

The Studio Manager, Night Manager, and Weekend Manager are always on staff during these times so if you have any questions, please find one and ask away! They can be reached by email at studiomanager@pyramind.com or by calling (415) 896-9800 x.221.

We have two locations, each witha unique set of studios and/or labs you might remember from your tour. If not, please familiarize yourself with what rooms the building:

There’s no food or drink allowed in the studios or labs; the exception is closed bottles of water. You can use the student lounge at BAVC to eat and drink anything not allowed in the labs or studios.

If you need to smoke, please do it at least 25 feet from the doors (California state law).

We will nag you if you are not far enough away (consider this an advanced sorry/not sorry)

Vaping is not permitted indoors in San Francisco businesses, so please take your vapes outside. Vaping indoors is an instant revocation of Studio Privileges.
