DIRECTED STUDIES
Students in the 11th or 12th Grade may be enrolled in a non-credit bearing Directed Studies section in order to recover credit through online courses. The standard credit ranges for a student to be enrolled in Directed Studies are:
11th Grade: under 100 Credits
12th Grade: under 160 Credits
Students enrolled into a Directed Studies section are expected to complete work at an accelerated pace and are assigned up to 5 credits at a time. The expectation is for enrolled students to complete 5 credits per quarter. No more than 15 credits may be completed in a single semester (for a total of 45 in all classes).
Courses which have passed the 90 day mark will be automatically submitted for a final grade and will be reflected on the transcript.
