Approval Process for Apps

This approval process is for Web Portals, Browser Extensions, Add-On's and locally installed Applications, which are all Apps.  It is a multistep process including Privacy, Security, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and may include multiple people and departments. All supplemental curriculum will have to go through a 60 day community public review.  While some resources may pass privacy and security, the heavy cost to install, train, and maintain may outweigh the benefits. Privacy, Security, and TCO  are serious considerations and decisions. We appreciate your patience as we evaluate your request.  Please note, if there is no privacy policy URL provided, it may not be approved.

2. If you find from your search the app has not been vetted yet, please submit your IT support ticket linked here.
