It is the policy of the Board of Education that students, employees and residents may seek a remedy for an alleged violation relating to discrimination. If an individual has such a complaint, they are to contact Mrs. Sue Ficke and ask her for procedural guidelines (Administrative Regulation 4118.111). It is imperative that this procedure be used so as to protect the rights of the individuals involved, as well as the district.
