• Accessing your W2

• If you forgot your username or password, please contact HR for help

• Changing default username to your email

NEW HIRES

• Look for an email from systemmessage@paycomonline.com and follow all prompts

• Bring I9 document(s) with you to HR 

REHIRES

• Log into your PayCom app and navigate to Checklists -> Rehire Purgatory

• Complete all items in the checklist before coming to HR

Employees will not receive their Employee Season Pass until all steps in the Onboarding Process is complete.
