Problem Solving

• Front wheels glue is too weak to support our weight

  • • Print brackets to mount it

    • On actual prototype, we will shorten the lever arm

  • Steering rack interfering with panel

    • Reprint it to mount higher

  • Steering rack doesn't have support

    • CAD 3dp bracket to eliminate universal joint mobility on upper joint

For our Go-Kart project, we thought it would be best that we split up the necessary work by our respective interests. 

Charlie is in charge of designing and building an ESC with Hunter. He is now working on more quality of life components like servos and switches that we can configure later.

Tyler and Hunter are the ones most primarily working on the fabrication of the Go-Kart. This week, the front wheels were mounted and steering was mounted. We used 3dp mounts for the steering rack and front wheel pipes.

We can finish mounting components next cycle, hopefully. The steering wheel and brakes should be ready.
