Principal's Message

Dear Placer Hillmen Families,

    Welcome to Placer High School and the 2023-2024 school year!  Placer High School shines through its rich history, exceptional academics, as well as the finest extra and co-curricular programs in Northern California. Whether you are new to PHS or continuing your journey I hope that you find yourself connected and supported in your high school experience. Make the most out of your school year by taking advantage of every opportunity and getting out of your comfort zone. Our goal, at PHS, is to support students by providing opportunities to identify and develop their individual strengths as they become college or career ready upon the end of their four year journey.

   Challenging ourselves, taking risks and being involved is encouraged for not only our students and staff but for our families as well. We love to see our parents and community members sharing our joy and excitement at our athletic and student events. We are so grateful for the abundance of family and community support. Our mission is to provide clear communication to ensure a smoother experience for our students and families. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our amazing staff who are more than willing to support our students and families.
