Thanks to funding provided by Title IV, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Pueblo School District 60 will be able to offer funding assistance for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Exam fees for students who are unable to afford the exam. This funding assistance will be in the form of one (1) paid exam fee per student for any student requesting this assistance.

Each individual school will communicate with students on the process for application for the IB Exams as well as fee collection.

Next Steps:

• Each school will send out communication to students and parents regarding this funding assistance.

  • Please send a copy of the communication to Gerri Elizondo in the Federal Programs office

• Each school will include the requested amount to Gerri Elizondo with all documentation prior to June 15. Gerri will do a purchase order for payment to IB. Any questions please contact Gerri elizondo at ext. 7165.

  • Documentation includes list of students taking the exam.

This funding assistance will be in the form of a $45 rebate per exam.

Each individual school will communicate with students on the process for application for the AP Exams as well as fee collection.

• Each school will send out communication to students and parents regarding this funding assistance.

  • Please send a copy of the communication to Gerri Elizondo in the Federal Programs office

• Each school will include the requested amount ($45 x # of exams + additional waiver amount, if applicable) to Gerri Elizondo with all documentation prior to June 15. Gerri will do a purchase order for payment to The College Board. Any questions please contact Gerri Elizondo at ext. 7165,
