Services Available
Eligible students have the right to:
- Enroll in school immediately, even if they are lacking documents normally required for enrollment.
- Choose between the local school where they are living or the school last attending before becoming homeless, where feasible.
- Receive transportation to school.
- Attend school and participate in school programs with children who are not homeless. Children cannot be separated from the regular school program because they are homeless.
- Receive all the school services available to other students.
In addition, we offer the following services as needed:
- School supply support
- Hygiene Kits
- Backpacks
- Clothing support
- Connection with community partners for assistance with housing, food banks, medical needs, etc.
- Tutoring and/or homework assistance
- Laundry Assistance
