Pueblo City Schools Title I Family Engagement Compliance Expectations

Requirements include the following:

  • A minimum of four (4) Quarterly Title I Family Engagement Committee Meetings.
  • A minimum of four (4) Title I Family Engagement Activities for each grade level.
  • A Title I Family Engagement Annual meeting that explains Title I to parents to include compact. (Click here for Sample Slide Show)

This form is required for all Family Engagement Activities. Please submit the approval plan at least one month before the activity. REMINDER: If you are planning to use a consultant, please follow the established Title I procedure for Consultant Agreements. You may only purchase items that are listed on this approval form. Procurement cards may be used once you have an approved purchase order. Please fill in all information and it must be signed by Activity Coordinator, Principal and Tisha Wyatt. Once Tisha has approved this you may proceed with planning and spending.
