Mindfulness

What is Mindfulness? Put simply, it's bringing your full attention to the present moment. It's calmly observing and accepting your thoughts, feelings and sensations as they arise, and without labeling them as good or bad. This can be tricky at first, but the more you practice, the better you get! Also, the better you become at handling uncomfortable thoughts and feelings when they come up.

Added Bonus - When you focus your attention on the present moment (the here and now) you tend to feel more at ease. When you stay in the present, you're not dwelling on the past and kicking yourself for past choices. You're also not worrying about the future. Below are some videos and activities to help you practice.
