［補足事項や注意事項］

• 新入生には、Google WorkspaceのアカウントのIDと初期パスワードが印刷された紙が、各学部・学科等のガイダンスなどで配布されます（詳細は学部・学科からの案内を確認してください）。
  Google Workspaceのパスワードがわからない学生は、このページの下部にある「Google Workspaceのパスワード初期化申請フォーム」に申請してください。
• ガイダンスの開催日時は、学部・学科等により異なります。やむを得ずガイダンスに出席できなかった場合は、各学部の学務係に相談してください。
• 各動画で出てくる「G Suite」は、現在「Google Workspace」に名称が変更されています。すべて現在の名称に読み替えてください。

• New students for the 2023 academic year will receive printed materials with their Google Workspace account IDs and initial passwords at guidance sessions for each faculty, department, etc.
  If you do not know your Google Workspace password, please apply for the "Google Workspace Password Initialization Application Form" at the bottom of this page.
• The date and time of the guidance differ depending on the faculty or department. If you are unable to attend the guidance due to unavoidable circumstances, please consult with the academic affairs section of each faculty.
• G Suite" in each video has now been renamed "Google Workspace". Please read all the names as they are now.

１．メディア授業を受講するための端末の確認

• パソコンまたはタブレット、スマートフォンを用意してください。
  画面が大きいため、メディア授業の受講には、パソコンを使用することを推奨します。

• タブレット、スマートフォンを使う場合は、キーボードを用意してください。

２．インターネット環境の確認

• 授業を受ける場所（自宅・アパート等）に、インターネット回線があるか確認してください。
  有線・無線（Wi-Fiを含む）の別は問いません。

• 端末がインターネットに接続されているかの確認は、以下の各図の赤枠部を参照してください。

• インターネット回線の契約プランのなかには、通信容量に上限（月々～GBなど）があるものもありますので、注意してください。

＜学内でメディア授業を受講する場合＞

• 各学部等が用意した空き教室や自習室、附属図書館内の特定のエリアで受講してください。学生は学内無線LAN（リンクは学内ネットワークからのみ閲覧可）を利用できます。また、大学内に設置された教育用端末（学内からのみ閲覧可）も利用できますので、設置場所を確認のうえ利用してください。

•  附属図書館では、館内で使用できるノートPC等の貸出、パソコンの操作等に関する学生スタッフによるサポート を行っています。
  
  

１．Preparing devices for taking online classes

• Prepare your computer or tablet or smart phone.
  It is recommended that students use a computer to take online classes, as computers have larger screens.

• If using a tablet or smartphone, prepare a keyboard.

２．Check the Internet environment

• Make sure that there is an Internet connection at the place where you will take classes (home, apartment, etc.).
  Both wired and wireless (including Wi-Fi) connections are acceptable.

• To check if the device is connected to the Internet, refer to the red box in each of the following figures.

千葉大学では、メディア授業を含む授業で、主に千葉大学MoodleとGoogle Workspaceというシステムを使用します。新入生には、それぞれのIDと初期パスワードが各学部・大学院のガイダンス時に配布されます。

１．千葉大学Moodleへのログイン

• 千葉大学Moodleへのログインは、千葉大学Moodleの画面右側から行ってください。使用方法に関するマニュアルも掲載されていますので、参照してください。

２．Google Workspaceへのログイン

• Google Workspaceのログイン方法がわからない場合は、以下のボタンから確認してください。
  
  

Chiba University mainly uses the Chiba University Moodle and Google Workspace systems for classes, including online classes. Students entering in new academic year will receive materials with their IDs and initial passwords at each undergraduate and graduate guidance session.

１．Login to Chiba University Moodle

• Please login to Chiba University Moodle from the right side of the screen of Chiba University Moodle.

２．Login to Google Workspace

• If you do not know how to log in to Google Workspace, please click the button below.

• Google Workspaceのパスワードを忘れた場合は、以下のボタンからパスワード初期化申請フォームにアクセスし、再発行を申請してください。パスワードの初期化は職員が1件ずつ行うため、初期化完了までに時間をいただくことをあらかじめご了承ください。フォームによる申請は常時受け付けておりますが、初期化作業は平日9:00～16:00に実施いたします。
  本人確認用の連絡先（電話番号とメールアドレス）を登録しておけば、パスワードを申請なくすぐに再発行できます。方法は、以下のページ等を確認してください。

• If you have forgotten your Google Workspace password, please click the link below to access the password Initialization Application form and apply for a new password.  Please note that it may take some time for this process as it is done one by one by our staff. We are always accepting request, but the initialization process will be done between 9:00 and 16:00 on weekdays.
