【問い合わせ】
Google Workspaceアカウントの2段階認証未設定により、ロックがかかりログインできない場合は、以下のリンク先にある問い合わせフォームよりロック解除申請をしてください。
2段階認証設定に関する問い合わせ千葉大学Google Workspaceのパスワードがわからない場合は、以下のフォームからパスワードの再設定を依頼してください。
パスワードの初期化申請フォーム質問がある場合は、質問の内容に応じて、以下の（1）または（2）にアクセスしてください
（質問内容により、（1）→（2）あるいは（2）→（1）へ再紹介する場合もあります）。
（1）メディア授業全般に関する質問
フォーム「メディア授業/千葉大学のGoogleアカウントに関する問い合わせフォーム」にアクセスして、質問を入力してください。問い合わせる際は、過去に類似の質問がないか、FAQをあらかじめ確認してください。
回答は、原則としてスプレッドシート「メディア授業/千葉大学のGoogleアカウントに関する問い合わせ回答」に掲載します（内容に応じ、個別に回答したり、オンライン会議システムを使用して直接対応することもあります）。
（2）PCの操作やMoodleに関する質問
授業期間の平日13:00～16:00にオンラインで質問できます。
アカデミック・リンク・センターで技術支援を行っている千葉大学の学生スタッフが質問に対応します。

（1）Questions about online classes in general
Please access the "Online Class Inquiry Form" and enter your question. When making inquiries, please check the FAQ in advance for similar questions in the past.
Answers will be posted in the spreadsheet "Answer to Inquiries about Online Classes."
（2）Questions about PC operation and Moodle
You can ask questions online from 13:00 to 16:00 on weekdays during class periods.
Chiba University student staff providing technical assistance at the Academic Links Center will be available to answer questions.

オンラインでの学びのサポート
附属図書館では、オンラインでの課題やレポートの提出、調べもののしかたなどに関するサポート情報を集約したポータル・サイト「EYeL!」（エール：Encourage Your e-Learning!）を用意しています。千葉大学の学生であれば誰でも、どこからでも利用できる電子資料・オンライン相談・動画等へのリンクを活用して、知に向かい、学び続けることができます。

Support for online learning
The library has a portal site called "EYeL!" (Encourage Your e-Learning!) that provides support information on how to submit assignments and reports online and how to do research. Any Chiba University student can continue to face knowledge and learn by utilizing links to electronic resources, online consultation, videos, and other resources available from anywhere.
