In Kinder, we started the year learning about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.  

After that, we turned to an investigation of how the sun makes heat and light.  Because the sun can make us so hot and it's so bright, students are now building (in groups) a type of shelter for a stuffy.  They practiced with the WeDo Tools, cutting and putting screws into and taking them out of cardboard.  Then they made a plan with their group.  Now they have started working together, focusing on cooperation and collaboration.  We debrief each week to share how we helped one another in our groups that day.
