Teaching Philosophy:

"I believe that all students are unique and have the potential to be successful when we as teachers fulfill their needs, motivate them, and encourage them. ELLs are motivated when they have a feel of belonging and are in a comfortable learning environment. Knowing their background and culture will make students feel valued and respected. They will feel part of the group, feel motivated and encouraged. I want my student to be successful and lifelong learners.

Yo creo que todos los estudiantes son unicos y tienen el potencial de ser exitosos siempre y cuando, nosotros como docentes satisfagamos sus necesidades, los motivemos y los estimulemos. Los ELLs se sienten motivados cuando sienten que son parte de una aula comfortable y segura. Se sienten valuados y respetados cuando nosotros conocemos y respetamos su cultura. Conocer todo de ellos, los hara sentir parte del grupo, se sentiran motivados y estimulados, Mi deseo es que mis estudiantes sean exitosos y aprendices de por vida."
