About me: I am married with 4 young boys; what a handful. My entire family enjoys being active and working on improving our skills and fitness level (my oldest recently created his own CrossFit games with his friends). I want to pass on my knowledge about taking care of your body and using sports/activities to make this process more enjoyable. In my youth I was heavily involved in playing football, basketball, baseball, and track. I was above average in all sports but never great. That allowed me to able to play numerous sports and not have to focus on just 1. And as such I was a 3 sport athlete in college as well. I can completely relate to the balance of academics and athletics/activities.
