LS Learning Specialist Services
The Lower School Learning Specialist will continue to provide support for students with learning differences. Teachers will continue accommodations with respect to extended time, depending on the platform they use for assessments.
Parents are welcome to reach out to the Learning Specialist for more information about their child’s academic support.
MS/US Learning Specialist Services
The Learning Specialists are excited to provide virtual support to our students with learning differences. We will be emailing students on our caseload (and their parents) to explain additional information about virtual support.
Accommodations for students with learning differences will continue in the virtual learning space. Teachers will explain to students how accommodations like extended time will work in their specific classes.
If students with learning differences have a problem with online learning or accommodations they should email their teacher and the Learning Specialist to get the issue resolved.
Students with concussions or other long-term illnesses will work remotely with their Learning Specialist to formulate individualized plans for learning during their illness.

Email your Learning Specialist to request an appointment.
Learning Specialists will respond within 24 hours and send a Google Calendar invitation that includes a link to a Google Hangout Meet.
Can’t make your scheduled appointment? Send your Learning Specialist an email to reschedule! We recognize the need for flexibility.

These templates are available for students who need assistance planning their academic activities/schedule. Students should click on the buttons below then select the template they want to use. Once you click on the template you want, Google will create a copy for you to fill in your own schedule and assignments or simply print them off. Learning Specialists are available to help students manage this process via Google Hangout Meet.
