Please use the list to to provide an update and give our list to the customer. If there are any discrepancies, do a global search to see if we have already shot the car. If so, there may be a data issue and you should let support@promotionpix.com know.
If the dealer insists that you only use their list, please contact support for guidance. Often the dealer's list is outdated and going off of their list will result in shooting cars that already have photos, etc.
Working off of a dealer's list is very inefficient and you will already have the data available on your list organized by stock number.
If the dealer contact is not in their office, a call needs to be made to meet with them or ask questions about the inventory over the phone.
If the dealer contact is unavailable in person or by phone, a secondary contact should be communicated with.
Two reports should be sent to the dealers each service day.
You will send the initial audit /review after you've gone over the incomplete list with a manager at the dealership. This should be done after you've walked the entire lot, marked and updated statuses of vehicles you've located and after you grab keys. and gone over the incomplete list with dealership management. You should already have all statuses updated.

All units on the list should be gone over and the contact should give us current statuses of units that could not be found when walking the lot. Everything that is on the used car incomplete list should have a status with the current date to be at 100% notes completion.
You will then select the managers name in the drop down that you went over the list with
If the main manager is unavailable, we should speak with another dealership manager. If the manager is not listed in the drop down, please add "<main contacts> name unavailable, spoke with "<other manager name>".

Once you are done, click "Send".
Always check out with dealership management to go over any cars you needed to follow up on earlier, any status updates, and find out if anything else came back while you were shooting.
Once you have completed any additional units, click "Service Complete
You will then add the manager's name from the dropdown and click "Send"
