At Pro-MotionPix, we have a wide support system so that you will be able to get in contact with someone quickly if you have any questions, issues, or if the dealer asks you about something that you're unsure how to fix.
Please direct all dealer questions or requests to support@promotionpix.com. If the dealer requests any adjustments to the photo sequence or asks you to do anything outside of our normal process such as washing cars, removing plate frames, stipping cars, etc., please contact support right away. Please do not make any adjustments to our standard process without this going through Support. If the dealer asks who they can reach out to about feed issues, requests, or to speak with management, please also give them this email.
If you have any questions about a specific dealership, the process, or workloads, please reach out to your manager. If your manager isn't available, please call Corey LaHerran for help.
If you have any questions about anything within the Foto-Ops app, Ops Page, or anything that has to do with inventory in these systems, please email our internal support team at team@promotionpix.com. This email goes to multiple members of our support staff and is the fastest way to get an answer.
