Clinic HQ is the electronic medical record (EMR) system used by Project Street Vet to document patient care, services provided, and follow-up needs during Pet Clinics and Street Vet Work. Accurate and consistent use of Clinic HQ helps ensure continuity of care, proper medical documentation, and responsible stewardship of our donor-funded resources. In this module, you’ll learn how to check in patients, assist with medical record completion, and understand the information that must be entered for each appointment. While not every volunteer may interface with Clinic HQ in their assigned position, this training is essential for maintaining organized, efficient clinics and supporting our veterinary teams in delivering high-quality care.
