Due to the product being viral, we have received an influx of orders which caused delay in fulfillment and shortage in the email software resulting to them not receiving confirmation emails.
Asking for Order Confirmation Email:
Explain what happened and inform that this has been since fixed.
Provide the customer the order details

Shipment follow ups:
Explain what happened and assure the customer that we are working around the clock to increase production and fulfill the orders.
Inform that a tracking confirmation will be sent once it is shipped out.
