This report serves two main purposes for the Jefferson County Communities That Care (Jeffco CTC) Coalition. 

First, the coalition completed a “Resource Assessment” in fall 2022. This included reviewing the 2018 assessment, overarching Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) findings and other local data, and feedback and guidance from our members on resources. This assessment helps to understand our local organizations, their capacity to support the coalition, and their resources. 

Second, in spring 2023, this report will be updated as Phase 2 to include a deeper dive into HKCS and include logic models to guide our work as part of our Risk and Protective Factor Analysis.
