This resource assessment was created based on input from a community data assessment, available as a separate document, six community roundtable discussions, several key informant interviews and Board input. Following the completion of this community resource assessment, the coalition will create a detailed strategic plan and begin implementing evidence-based, measurable strategies to shift the prevalence of substance misuse, violence and hopelessness/anxiety among youth by addressing risk factors, increasing protective factors and working with community partners to shift local conditions in our community.
