Tuesday 10th July 1915 - 2115 - please arrive promptly as this session needs the full 2 hours.
Knowing the basics of First Aid is an amazing life skill to have and understanding the basics of how to step in and help is very important to many of us. So we are delighted to be able to offer a Family First Aid session for our July meeting, tailored specifically for our group, with access to an online certificate of attendance following the course. The session will be hosted by our friends from Strong Roots Training who regularly deliver a variety of comprehensive First Aid courses.

The session will be 'hands on' and active. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow you to get involved and, if you have one, please bring along a yoga mat.

As always guests are welcome to join us for this session, first visits are free second and subsequent visits £5 per time.
