Academic Team
The Academic Team has enjoyed the opportunity to participate in a myriad of competitive academic events. This school year, the team will compete in on-site academic competitions at away locations; sponsor a competition on-site at Colts Neck High School; sponsor an academic postal competition; continue its’ participation in the ‘Sea Perch Aquatics Robot’ design and build that could result in additional away competitions; continue its’ competition in ‘CyberPatriot’ – the United State Air Force Associations’ cyber security national competition; compete in the NJROTC National Academic Postal Championship; and possibly, learn about rocketry through hands-on experiences.
Participation is co-ed and open to all cadets.
Received first place at the 2023 Area 4 Championship.
Team members will travel occasionally with the drill team to compete in championship level events.
SY 2019-2020 received the opportunity to compete on the national level in San Diego
Won first place in the 2020 Area 4 Brain Brawl.
