The biotic study is when we first take the temperature of the water using the thermometer. Then, we use a net, move it in the water back, and force it 5-7 times to collect some staples of the living species or other organisms in the pond. Then we fill the bin with pond water and put all the organisms into the container for further naming and determine the type of organisms in the pond. Next, we use the pipes to move some clear water from the bin to the tray. Then we scoop out the organism with the spoon and put it in the tray for better vision and separation.Â
