Day one Breakfast 12/11/2022:
Today for breakfast, I ate some egg, ham, and french toast. Usually, I do not like to drink things when eating breakfast, so I did not take any drinks. I also rarely eat anything raw for breakfast because my stomach does not like raw food first thing in the morning. I used not to eat eggs because I thought it was too inhumane to take someone's child and eat it. However, I changed when I grew older cause eggs are too good. I had yet to learn where the food came from or if it was what we considered sustainable.
Day one Snack 12/11/2022:
I was still hungry after eating the breakfast, so I decided to go to the health center and get something to eat. I ate a grill cheese because they had an extra one that no one want so I just take it.
Day two lunch 12/12/2022:
Because we don't have lunch for Sundays so I took a photo of what I ate on Monday. I ate some pasta with tomato sause, sassage with onion and some chinken.
I remenber we had broccoli but I didn't take it because it was undercook in my opinion. I chose to eat pasta is because it is a good sroce of carbohydrate at that day, sassage and chinken for protint purpose. And I got some chiken noodle soup just to smooth things down a little. I'm not a fan of veggie, I usually won't eat veggie unless I haven't eat any green in cupple days.
Day two Dinner :
I had pasta, ham, potato, and veggie for today's dinner. I was given a choice to choose between all three things, and I chose them all because I like them all. I ate some vegetables because it had been a while since I ate them.
Conclusion:
I choose my food by my preference. There are only a few things I would not eat. I will choose to eat whatever I like to eat. Because wasting food is a big problem, I do not like to waste food. Millions of people are starving to death. Anything we throw out in the garbage can be a delicious meal for them.
