The Pride Youth Development Foundation has rich tradition of offering young people a quality educational and performance experience, which in turn develops them into culturally enriched, caring, motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented adults reaching back to 1981.

The Pride Youth Development Foundation is registered as a Not-for-Profit youth athletic organization and is governed by the Board of Directors. The board is a mixture of past participants, instructors and fans who bring a wide range of skills and experiences to help shape the organization and expand its reach and impact.

Originally titled the Queen City Cadets, then Pride of Cincinnati Foundation, the current organization continues many of the traditions of the prior organizations through some of the programing being offered.
