Get outdoors and on the move as a Tour Guide, Outdoor Guide, or Park Ranger, or help people learn a new skill as a Ski, Dive, or Other Sports Instructor.
Fitness and Coaching
This can involve becoming a personal trainer, gym instructor, or sports coach.
Sports and Recreation Management
This includes roles like sport administrators, event managers, marketing and media managers, and public relations officers.
The Health and Physical Education curriculum is organised under two strands:
Personal, Social and Community Health – Health Education. This strand focuses on the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to recognise healthy and safe choices.
Movement and Physical Activity – Physical Education. This strand promotes appreciation of how movement, in all its forms, is central to daily life, functional requirements and active living.
