Scenario 1: The Job Interview

How to start the conversation:

Thanks for considering me for the Graphic Design position at your company. I would love the opportunity to learn from you and your team. Do you have any questions about my application or portfolio?

Imagine you've just walked into an interview for a job or internship position. What would you say? Customize what's in RED to your situation.

Scenario 2: The UX Research Interview

State who you'd like to talk to:

Thanks for doing this interview with me. I'm really interested in hearing about your experience as a mother of three. What are the things that frustrate you most when you go about your day?

State what you'd like to learn:

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me. I'd love to know more about how cities are addressing food deserts in urban areas like NYC.

State what you'd like to know:

What do young adults in Norway use to manage their finances and adult responsibilities?

Reflect the topic, population, or area of interest for your project. What would you like to know or learn? Who would you like to speak to? Be specific, and customize what's in RED to your situation.

Troubleshooting

How to install VirtualSpeech

Wear the headset.
Click the Meta button on the right controller. If the panel is too far or you cannot find it, click the Meta button to set the panel in front of you.
Select "Store".
Search "VirtualSpeech" in the search box. Select it and install it. Make sure to select the "prioritize". It will take about 5 minutes to download & install. You can take the headset off while waiting.
Select "Library" (bottom bar) > search "VirtualSpeech" on the top left of the pane. Type in "VirtualSpeech", and you can find the installation progress. Once it is done, select it to start the app.
