Tapio CI 519 Practicum Plan Log Rubric

I have included my practicum proposal and log. This log highlights some of the ways in which mathematics teacher leadership occurs within my practice and learning community. Some of the activities that are included within this log are: ways in which I plan for, implement, and facilitate professional learning  (III.iii.a, III.iii.b., III.iii.c, & III.v.a), the ways that I utilize my professional knowledge to support mathematics instruction in my school community (III.v.d. & III.vi.), and the ways that I seek to develop and maintain positive learning environments  (III.v.c.). Completing this log allowed me to think critically about the ways that I am supporting my  school community with regard to mathematics instruction as a teacher leader and the areas that I would like to focus more attention on.
