Kathleen Reid has been helping students with the college admissions and financial aid processes for 8 years. She has been a school counselor since 2015 and has worked in the Beaverton, Reynolds and Portland Public School Districts. She was previously the College Counselor at Riverdale High School and has been a volunteer College Counselor since 2013 with the community based organization Minds Matter. Kathleen has visited hundreds of college campuses across the country and completed the Harvard Summer Institute on College Counseling in 2019. She loves helping students discover their strengths, navigate their futures, and determine their paths to post-high school education.
Kathleen received her B.A. in International Studies and French from Willamette University and a M.Ed. in School Counseling from Lewis & Clark College. She also earned her College Counseling certification through UCLA.
In her free time, Kathleen enjoys volunteer work, yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family and her dog, Clyde.
