Grades 3-5: Junior Bear Yoga at Mendocino Headlands State Park

Join State Parks Interpreter and certified yoga instructor, Nikki as she leads us through a Junior Bear Yoga Session on the shores of Big River at Mendocino Headlands State Park. Move and stretch your body in different animal and nature-oriented yoga poses. This is a kids yoga program, but all ages will enjoy imitating the movements of wildlife.
