School Meals

School meals are not available at the school, but financial support would be available for families who qualify for free school meals. All Primary 1-3 children are entitled to a free school meal.

This Scottish Government funded initiative entitles all Primary 1 to 5 children to a free school meal at lunch time only. Parents of children P1 to 5 receive an economic reimbursement equivalent to the cost of a meal monthly via a cheque. Facilities for the consumption of packed lunches are provided in the school.

We request that parents support our aim to maintain/improve pupil health and fitness by providing a healthy packed lunch. Please note that sweets and fizzy drinks are not permitted in school.
