Ladies and Gentlemen, Now we are passing Cipali Toll road. it is a toll road connecting Jakarta- Cikampek and Palimanan Kanci. it is a part of the trans java toll road. the total length of the road is more than 1,167 KM²

• Tol Pertama

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are on ………………toll road. Indonesia built the first toll road in 1978. The toll road is Jagorawi connecting Jakarta, Bogor and Ciawi.

• Profil Tol

Ladies and gentlemen, as you can see, now we are on toll road now. actually, the name of most of toll road In indonesia is taken from the city or area connected. for example cipalurang. That Toll road connects Cikampek, purwakarta and Padalarang.

• Sistem Pembayaran

In indonesia, when people want to pass the entrance gate of toll road, they must pay it by e-toll, it is used to make the system more effective and avoid along enqueque

• Rest area

Every Toll road in Indonesia is completed by rest area. it is a place when you feel tired and you want to get rest for a whille or you may go to the toilet or take a break. more over you may fulfill petrol for your vehicle.

• Tropical fruits

Ladies and Gentlemen, on your left or right of this toll road, there are some typical plants of Indonesia. That is Banana tree, an example of tropical fruits. This fruit is sweet and delicious to eat. Banana also has a Banana flower, a red part of the tree and people here make it into a soup. Banana is a tropical fruit from indonesia like Durian, Rambutan, sukun, manggo etc

Ladies and gentlemen, what is your staple food in your country? …. in Indonesia, rice is the main food and as you can see, there are plants producing rice, paddy and on your ….. there is a rice field. I think you have seen it at our hotel when you take breakfast, there are some products of rice like bubur/porridge, nasi goreng, by the way, did you try it? what do you think?

If you see on your ….. There is a rice field, and do you know in 1984, we got an award from FAO. at that time, our country is not only filling its needs but also exporting it to abroad and we have also a university which concerns about it, IPB

Ladies and Gentlemen, on your left side there is rice field. Indonesia has a state company named Bulog to control the price of the rice and manage the distribution of the rice.

• Fasilitas Umum

Ladies and gentlemen now we are in city center, as you can see, we have passed some public facilities. Those are hospital, school, office, shop and etc. Bandung is the third biggest city in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya. So, it’s no wonder if you see crowded people here.

• Sekolah

If you see on your …… there is a school. in our country, we divided school into three levels, elementary school, junior high school and senior high school or vocational school. Different level of the school can be seen from its uniform; elementary school students usually wear red pants, blue for junior high school and blue grey for senior high school. in indonesia, generally, a student study for four to eight hours. it depens on the level of the school.

• Jam kerja

ok ladies and gentlemen, now we are passing city center, and there are many offices here. for your information, normally people here work for eight hours from 8-4 pm.

• Rumah sakit

on your left side, there is a hospital. our country has a good health system. we called BPJS. it stands for Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. as the newest regulation, There are three level of BPJS, class I, II and III. when a person get disease, the system will cover the administration fee of his disease.

• Masjid, church

Ladies and Gentlemen, on your left side, there is………….. it is a place for worhsiping. for your information, majority people of indonesia is islam/muslim and there are six religions in Indonesia. Islam, Kristen protestan, katolik, hindu, budha, kong hu cu.

4. PEDESAAN

• Perkebunan Strawberry

ok you can see on your… there is strawberry farm, a plant for strawberry fruit. people here made it to be milk, cracker, candy and etc. Do you like strawberry? if we still have time, we may visit strawberry farm here to pickit or just take some photos.

• Perkebunan teh

on your… there is also tea plantation. It is a plant produsing tea. in Indonesia, there is a company which produce, manage and sell tea, PTPN. The process of making a cup of tea we can see at the factory. I think we will see first, if the bus can stop for a moment, we may take some pictures with tea plantation as the background.

• Delman

ladies and Gentlemen, as you can see outside, we have delman. it is a traditional transportation for near distance and especially used in a village. It also uses horses as main part of the transportation.
