Melayani tamu pun perlu kita pelajari karena kita merupakan front line dari kantor kita atau kita sebagai Muka dari kantor kita, maka dari itu ada beberapa hal dan attitude yang kita perlu pelajari dari Melayani tamu.
Menyapa dan menyambut tamu
Menyambut konsumen kita dengan berdiri dan tersenyum lalu mengucapkan salam dan mempersilahkan duduk .
"Good morning, welcome to PolbanLab tour Travel, have a seat please! ;)"
Memulai percakapan
Memperkenalkan diri dan menawarkan bantuan.
"My name is Shafa, May I help you, sir?"
"My name is Shafa, Could I help you make a plane reservation?"
Menanyakan tanggal keberangkatan
"What is your travel date?"
"What date would you like me to book this plane ticket for?"
"What date will you be traveling?"
"When do you want to travel?"
Menanyakan rute penerbangan
"Where do you plan on going?"
"What is your destination?"
"Where are you traveling to on your trip?"
"What city are you flying to?"
"Where are you going?"
"where would you like to go, sir?"
"When would you like to travel. What day do you depart and return?"
Menanyakan rute penerbangan yang lainnya
"Do you have another flight?"
"Is there any other flight?"
"What is connecting flight?"
Menjelaskan ketersediaan waktu
"There are two flights at first 06.00 am and second at 09.30 am."
"The flight leaves at 06.00 am and your arrival in Canada will be at 11.00 pm local time, the Flight number B757 and B758"
"It leaves Salt Lake City at 10.00 am, arriving in New York at 04.35 pm, then transferring to flight 90 at 05.55 pm, and arriving in Helsinki at 08.30 am the next day"
Menawarkan pilihan waktu keberangkatan
"Would you prefer a morning or an afternoon flight?"
"For that destination, you may leave from Los Angeles or Burbank Airport. Which would you prefer?"
"Which flight would you like?"
"What time of day would you like to fly?"
Menanyakan jumlah penumpang
"Would you like me to reserve a seat for you?"
"How many people will reserve this flight?"
"How many people will there be?"
Menanyakan nama penumpang
Terdapat 2 cara untuk menanyakan nama penumpang: lisan dan meminta untuk menuliskan di kertas
"Excuse me, may I know your name?"
"Could I know your name?"
"Could I have your name, please?"
"Could you please write down your name on the paper?"
Jika nama yang diucapkan kurang terdengar jelas, maka kita bisa mengucapkan:
"Could you please repeat it again?"
"Pardon me"
"Excuse me"
Jika masih belum jelas juga, maka kita bisa mengejanya per huruf. Misal: Alex, Ei el i eks (Alex) tidak dianjurkan menggunakan alfa beta charlie dsb (karena tamu kemungkinan tidak tahu)
Kita juga bisa meminta penumpang mengecek namanya di layar komputer jika terdapat komputer dihadapannya
"Could you please check it on the screen? Is it correct?"
Menanyakan special request
"Do you have any special requests?"
Menanyakan jenis pembayaran
"How would you like to pay, Ms. Damon?"
Mengulang kembali tanggal, tujuan, maskapai penerbangan, rute, waktu, dan nama penumpang
"Your flight from Jakarta to Paris by Garuda Airways, on 12th October 2021 at 7.00 pm, and the name of the passenger is Mr. Damon, already reserved"
"Now you have been booked, Ms. Damon. The flight leaves at 16:45, and your arrival in Sydney will be at 9:25 a.m., local time. The flight number is NWA 476."
Mengingatkan time limit pembayaran
"And Time-limit for your flight is on 12th July 2021"
Meminta tamu menunggu sebentar sementara kita mencetak tiket
"Excuse me, Mr/Mrs, could you wait for a moment, I will issue your ticket. Here are your tickets. Have a great trip!"
Mengucapkan terimakasih dan harapan
"Thank you for your reservation, Hope you satisfy with our services"
