This will be the last step you need to accomplish in order to complete Phase 1.
This time you need referees to complete this and all you have to do
is wait for an update via the e-mail address you provide.

Reminder:
1. Secure that your files are in PDF format to be able to submit.
2. For Graduating Students, you need to request both Certification from your School Principal and Two Recommendation Forms.
3. For those who have already Graduated SHS on AY 2020-2021 and below, you need to request for TWO (2) Recommendations Only coming from referee.
4. For Transferees, you also need to request for TWO (2) Recommendations coming from your referee.
5. For ALS Passers, kindly wait for our e-mail.
6. Applicant Name will be required to verify submission. If by any chance that your Application ID is not available in the drop box, please do not proceed. Kindly wait for 24 hours. It can only be updated during office hours.
