Your documents should look neat and clean so the evaluators can read it easily.
You may use the following phone apps to scan your documents.

CamScanner is a Chinese mobile app first released in 2011 that allows iOS and Android devices to be used as image scanners. It allows users to 'scan' documents and share the photo as either a JPEG or PDF. This app is available free of charge on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

C. Tutorial on how to convert your files into PDF 📧
1. Make sure your files are in PDF format.
2. Rename your files in this format >>>
[Last Name]_[First Name Initials]_[Application ID]_[Document Name]
For Example, your name is Juan M. De La Cruz and you are going to submit a "Data Privacy Consent Form"
then the
"Document name" should be like this >>> DELACRUZ_JM_20225198_DATA PRIVACY CONSENT FORM

E. Set Up your G-mail Account 📧
1. Read the instructions carefully.
2. To get yourself started with the application process, make sure that you have already prepared your
G-mail account for admissions because this will serve as our primary communication during the admission process. Make sure it's still working!
3. If you don't have g-mail yet, kindly create one.
4. Add or Change the "DISPLAY PHOTO" of your g-mail account using a formal 2x2 photo. This will serve as your identity.
