Qualifications

  • All admissions applications for new students of PNU South Luzon are processed online through PNUSL Admissions.

  • Applicants should meet the following requirements:

    1. General Requirements:
      a.       Applicant’s photo (JPEG File)
      b.       Signed Data Privacy Consent Form
      c.       No Grades lower than 80% or its equivalent in English, Math & Science
      d.       General Weighted Average (GWA) should be not lower than 85% or its equivalent
      e.       Certificates of Extra curricular Activity and Leadership Engagement

    2. Other requirements depending on the Applicant's Category:
      a.       SHS Graduating Student
      *Scanned Certified copy of       Form 138 or Form 137 (PDF File) Grade 10 and Grade 11
      *Report Cards must clearly shows grades in English, Math, Science and GWA
      *      Certification from School Principal
      *Two (2) Recommendation Forms
      b. SHS GRADUATE
      *Scanned Certified copy of       Form 138 or Form 137 (PDF File) Grade 11 and Grade 12
      *Report Cards must clearly shows grades in English, Math, Science and GWA
      *Two (2)       Recommendation Forms from your Referee
      c. Alternative Learning System or ALS GRADUATE
      *      ALS Rating
      *Certification of Grades or TOR
      d.       Transferee
      *Certification of Grades or TOR
