Dr. Montebon is the current ITL Director of the Institute of Teaching and Learning (ITL). He makes sure that the practice teachers under the institutes' supervision is safe and gives their best in their practice teaching journey. He also makes sure that the practice teachers being deployed upholds to the university's standard for teachers and motivates the pre-service teachers in their work.

Dr. Delos Santos is the Practice Teaching 2 Coordinator of the institute. She works hard as the PT02 coordinator of the pre-service teachers of the university. She constantly reminds the practice teachers of the latest news and announcements about practice teaching. She also makes sure that the practice teachers being deployed in partner schools upholds to the university's standard for teachers.

Prof. Salvador is the Practice Teacher Supervisor of the pre-service teachers deployed at Espiritu Santo Parochial School. Aside from being a PT02 Supervisor, she is also a grade 2 teacher at ITL for academic year 2021-2022. She also works as a part-time professor at PNU under the Faculty of Education Sciences. As a supervisor, she is very hands-on in assisting the practice teachers throughout their teaching internship journey.
