U7 - born 2020-2023

U9 - born 2018-2019

U11 - born 2016-2017

U13 - born 2014-2015

U15 - born 2012-2013

U18 - born 2009-2011

REGISTRATION FEES ARE $300 FOR THE SEASON. 

This fee is paid to the Porcupine Minor Hockey Assocation. Please note that U9-U18 will have additional fees to be paid to the team they will be playing on.
