Online Registration is now open!

To register complete the online registration form at: https://account.spordle.com/login

Select Porcupine Minor Hockey Association and follow the steps.  Typing PMHA will not work. We will be hosting and evening in late August to assist with in-person registration. 

Once completed, you must e-transfer the $280 fee to admin@pmhahockey.com

 E-transfers must have Player Name and Age group on the e-transfer or we will not know you paid!

E-Transfer password must be PMHA2025

If you are looking for the print off form to fill out prior to in person registration if you are one of the people having issues: Print off forms will be available closer to the date.
