COACHES & ASSISTANT COACHES:
Plans and runs practices
Teaches hockey skills and fundamentals
Develops teamwork and confidence
Guides players through games
Teaches Respect and sportsmanship
TRAINERS:
First aid and injurt support
Player safety - recognize when a players needs to come off the ice and when further medical attention may be required
On-ice support during practices
Ensures the team has appropriate first aid kit and necessary medical supplies
Communicates concerns with coaches and ensures player safety
MANAGERS:
Help coordinate schedules, practices, games and tournaments
Acts a sa key point of contact between th team, families, coaches and PMHA Board of Directors
Helps manage team information, rosters, forms, any documentation required
Shares important updates with families
Supports coaching staff by booking tournaments, hotel rooms
Helps organize team events, fundraisers, volunteers and team budget
