Platform settings

Manage the general Pleasepoint platform configuration. Only for advanced usage only.

1. General settings

Click on Settings > General settings on the sidebar to configure Pleasepoint platform.

The Platform settings are the same for all the users on this environment, so be careful modifying it.

Platform language and currency.

Define your platform language and your currency on the community details:

These are the available currencies:

• US Dollar ($) - USD.

• Euro (€) - EUR.

• Japanese Yen (¥) - JPY.

• British pountd (£) - GBP.

• Swiss Franc (Fr) - CHF.

Click on the Save changes button to finish the edition.

Currency and language is a platform configuration that is common for all the users.

Favourite customer segments.

Define a fast access to your favourite's customer segments.

Add new favourite segments clicking on the Add favourite segment button.

Delete the last favourite segment clicking on the Remove favourite segment button.

Favourite segments is a platform configuration that is common for all the users.

Business type.

Select your business type for a best results on the Lifetime Value KPIs.

These are the two options:

• Retail / eCommerce.

• Restaurant chain.

Business type is a platform configuration that is common for all the users.

2. API private key

Click on API Key section on the sidebar to get a new API key.

If you generate a new API key, the current will be overwritten and you will have to update your previous API usages.

Click on the Generate new API Key button to get a new API key and invalidate the current one.

3. Admin users

Click on Administrators section on the sidebar to manage the users access.

Manage the administrators with the users list.

Add new admin users

Click on the Add new user button on the top-right corner.

Follow these steps to create a new administrator user:

1. Write the first name.

2. Write the last name.

3. Write the email address.

4. Write a valid password.

5. Rewrite the password.

6. Click on the Create user button.

The user admin password must:

• Have a minimum length of 10 characters.

• Contain at least one lowercase, one uppercase, one number and one symbol.

For example: myPasword@2.

Block/Unblock admin users

To block a user click on the Block user at the right of the item. To unblock a blocked user click on Unblock user at the right of the item.

Delete admin users

To delete a user, select the users to delete with the checkboxes.

Click on the Delete top button.

Write DELETE to confirm the action. This action can not be undone.
