Overview is a free module. It is a basic business dashboard to see the evolution and the performance using the time window needed. You can navigate through the different horizontal tabs. Use the button on the top-right corner to change the time window.
These are the concepts for each KPI:
Active clients: Number of records with purchases identified in the period of time analyzed. All active customers have made at least one purchase in the analyzed period.
Ticket Number: Total number of customer tickets analyzed during the established period of time.
Total Revenue: Total sales volume of the customers analyzed during the established period of time.
Tickets by Client: Average number of tickets per customer during the analyzed period.
Average Ticket: Average ticket of the clients analyzed during the established period of time.
Expend by Client: Average total spending per customer during the analyzed period.
Average Recency: Average of the number of days elapsed since the last purchase of the customers analyzed during the established period.
Average days between purchases (TBP): Average of the number of the days elapsed between the distinct customer purchases. This KPI needs minimum two purchases to be calculated. Time between purchases.
Lifetime Value average (LTV): Average customer lifetime value using the customer lifecycle and the artificial intelligence prediction model.

The first section for this tab are the main KPIs results for the selected time window.
The second section for this tab is the executive summary. The executive summary is automatically generated and can be used on your business reports.

Get the average distribution of the number of tickets between the different days of the week and distributed by hours.

Volume of customers who have agreed to receive commercial communications. This information must be ingested in the subscribed field of the client. Remember that you can only send commercial communications with those customers and registries that have agreed to receive commercial communications.
Age distribution: Number of customers grouped by age groups. If you want to group by different bands you can create the segments in the segmentation section.
Stores distribution: These are the stores or sales channels with the greatest weight among the customers analyzed during the selected period. Below is the number of customers for each of the stores or sales channels.
Cities distribution: These are the cities with the greatest weight among the clients analyzed during the selected period.
